This machine is one kind of pasteurization machine developed for filling lines to get products with longer expiration dates. It is necessary secondary sterilization equipment for the automatic production line. 1. The conveyor is frequency controlled.
2. All nozzle and spray tubes are made of stainless steel and spray evenly. Solid cone wide-angle spray nozzle, the flow distribution uniformly stable, constant temperature field.
3. The catchment flume is made of stainless steel and equipped with a level alarm device. The overall structure is compact and healthy appearance.
4. The spray tunnel has a spray cooling recycling water pump and steam adjustment valve.
5. Steam consumption is adjusted according to the temperature. Pt100 temperature sensor, measurement accuracy is high, up to + / – 0.5 ℃.
6. Pump: Hangzhou Nanfang; Electrical-Magnetic, Air components: Taiwan AIRTECH. Sterilization temperature PLC touch screen control was produced by Germany Siemens company.
7. High-quality stainless steel mesh belt chain plate, can be long-term work under a high temperature of 100 ℃.
8. A variety of comprehensive utilization of heat energy recovery technology, energy saving, and environmental protection.
9. The combined process, a reasonable process, can handle a variety of materials.
10. Frequency conversion control, total processing time can be adjusted according to the production process.
11. Providing heat distribution testing services for users, the use of an expert system, and online monitoring of the temperature change in the process of production.
